I have it almost 2 months now. It looks so cool every time I wear it. It working good for my Ipod too.
I also use these when I'm bottle feeding my infant to keep myself entertained during the long feedings. I have used this item on trips across the country and haven't had any of the problems the other users have. Granted the resolution is 1/4 VGA but for watching movies off my iPod I have had nothing but luck. Now to be fair, there is a feeling of them being "front heavy" but that's due to the design but I've never had them slip off my face. It's too bad the other reviews have had issues with these because for the price they are a nichey product that I believe works well.
I didnt notice anything about the volume myself, worked fine for me. very.
To get to watch videos at work all day rather than doing any work what so ever sounded like a great idea to me. I ordered the MyVu with high hopes.
Flimsyness. Unfortunetly as the other review has stated it just doesnt live up to your expectations.
The lens being out of position seems to be standard as my set had the same exact problem. They wiggle about and when you touch them you just have an overwhelming sense of eggshells.
Here's hoping MyVu's return department isnt as bad as the goggles(I ordered from MyVu's website because amazon didnt have the connections I needed at the time) Wish me luck.
One lens didn't work at all, the other lens was totally out of position.3: As others have comments, volume is so low as to be unusable.I might have lived with one of these, but together these make it a disaster. Unfortunately, turned out not be true.1: VERY flimsy build. This type of thing would be GREAT for long flights, and I bought it in the hope that it could be used for that. This is clearly a good idea poorly executed. Little to no metal in it at all. Low odds of surviving too many trips2: Defective out of the box. They need to design these to be robust, reliable, and price it accordingly. I was hoping for the price that might be true (especially since it's at least their second if not third generation).As it is, it's a very high priced oddity of little use and I won't ever recommend them.
